Mozart Cafe

PLEASE DONOT VISIT MOZART CAFE @ GURGAON

Yahan Har Daal Par Ulloo Baitha Hai...Ab Kya Hoga Haale Gulistan?

I am surprised with the audacity and shamelessness of the owner to keep the restaurant running even without a manager. With such an expensive menu, its a minimum for customers to expect super fine service and super good food. He should be jailed for what is happening at Mozart Cafe.

We got fooled by the rave reviews given by others and picked Mozart Cafe over Fox. We went there for lunch on Wednesday in a group of 9 including our business partner from Hong Kong. You might want to note the following.

The staff were playing cards as we entered the cafe. We were quickly given a table and the order was taken quickly. Then disaster struck. Starters started flowing in. The shredded Lamb was half cooked and more chewy than a chewing gum. We later thanked god that the quantity was very less. There was nothing chilly about the chilly chicken which was absolutely cold. The spring rolls were stale and not at all crispy. The spices (masala) in the dishes was uneven and not properly cooked.

Mutton roganjosh had huge pieces which was all bones and no meat. The gravy was ordinary. Chicken kalimirch was also served absolutely cold. The only thing served hot was the nan. But two minutes later it was impossible to tear into it as it got cold. The veggie guys did not eat the Achari Paneer as it was hurting their food pipe.

When we asked for the manager, we were told that he is on leave for 3-4 days. Later we were told that manager is yet to be hired. We asked for the owners number, but were not given that. There were no towel napkins, no finger bowl and no saunf. A manual bill prepared on a piece of paper was finally presented.

I am sad that we have shed out Rs5500 for the shit that we were served.
